Our T&C
~IGI Certification: All jewelry pieces with a carat weight of 0.30 and above are provided with a free IGI certificate.
~For pieces below 0.30 carat, a small fee will be charged for certification.
~Company Certificate: In addition, every purchase is accompanied by our official Company Certificate, which verifies that the transaction was completed with us.
~Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for products that have a manufacturing defect or suffer from unrepairable damage.
~Reporting Defects: Customers must report any defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
~Proof Requirements: Claims must be supported with clear photographs, videos, and the original receipt.
~Response Time: Once proof is received, we will review your claim and respond within 1–2 days.
~Exclusions: This policy does not extend to any damage not resulting from manufacturing defects or unrepairable damage.
~In-House Repairs: We offer free repair services once every 6 months. However, transportation charges will apply. If the customer delivers and picks up the product themselves, the service is completely free at zero cost.
~Ring-sizing: We offer free resizing of 1 to 2 sizes (up or down) as per UAE sizing. For adjustments beyond this range, a small charge may apply.
~Time for repairs: Repairs may take anywhere between 7 to 21 days to complete.
~Third-Party Repairs: We also provide repair services for jewelry from other companies. Small repairs are free of cost, while big repairs will incur a charge.
~Standard Deduction: We accept exchanges on eligible products at a 25% deduction on the current valuation.
~Packaging Bonus: Products returned with their original boxes and documentation are more likely to retain a higher valuation, potentially reducing the impact of the 25% deduction.
~Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service. An evaluation of the product will determine the final exchange offer. The original cash memo and certificate are must Additionally, any diamond above 0.30 carat must have a certified gemology certificate.
~Eligibility: Buy-back is available for products purchased within one year of the original transaction.
~Valuation: The buy-back value is set at 40% of the original purchase price, subject to the product being free from irreparable damage.
~Final valuation is solely at the discretion of the Company.
~We also buy jewelry purchased from other companies based on our valuation.
~Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

~Shipping Areas: We ship products internationally and offer free shipping within the UAE and India Only.
~Risk and Responsibility: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
~No additional responsibilities (e.g., customs duties, taxes, or import fees) are imposed on our customers.
~Liability Limitation: The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
~Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.
~Clause: The Company shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
~Ownership: All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
~Usage Restrictions:No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.
~Data Collection: We only collect emails and phone numbers from our customers.
~Data Confidentiality: This information is maintained in strict confidentiality and is not misused or shared with third parties.
~Services Offered: We provide custom jewelry services specifically for diamond products. Additional terms related to custom orders may apply and will be provided at the time of order.
~Right to Amend: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
~Acceptance: Continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
~Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
~Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
