Method 1: Using a Ring You Already Have
Step 01 - Get a ruler or measuring tape.
Step 02 - Place your ring on a flat surface.
Step 03 - Measure the inner diameter in millimeters.
Step 04 - Use the chart above to find your size.
Method 2: Measure Your Finger with a Paper Strip
Step 01 - Cut a thin strip of paper or string.
Step 02 - Wrap it around the base of your finger.
Step 03 - Mark where the paper meets.
Step 04 - Lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
Step 05 - Compare your measurement with the circumference in the chart above to find your size.
Helpful Tips
- Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are slightly bigger.
- Don’t measure when your hands are cold, since fingers shrink.
- Double-check by measuring 2-3 times to be sure.
