2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, measurements, prices and images displayed on the website are accurate.

Jewellery is photographed under controlled lighting and displayed as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colours, proportions and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings and the individual characteristics of the piece.

Diamond and gemstone characteristics may naturally vary. Where applicable, the specific characteristics and certification of an individual stone will be provided with the product information.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information, availability or pricing before an order is accepted.

3. Certificate & Product Authenticity

Our diamonds and applicable jewellery pieces are supplied with the relevant certification and documentation described on the product page or in our Certificate & Authenticity information.

Where an IGI certificate is specified, the certificate relates to the diamond identified by its corresponding details and grading information.

Customers should refer to our dedicated Certificate & Authenticity page for further information regarding certification, product authenticity and accompanying documentation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable UAE law.

4. Ordering & Payment

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. An order is not considered finally accepted until DiamondCoinJewels confirms the order.

DiamondCoinJewels may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to product unavailability, pricing or product information errors, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or other legitimate circumstances. Where an order has already been paid for and is subsequently cancelled by DiamondCoinJewels, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

All prices displayed on the website are stated in AED, unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other costs will be communicated during the purchasing process where applicable.

Payment must be successfully received or authorised before an order is processed, unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed with DiamondCoinJewels.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Where a return or refund is permitted under our policy or applicable law, products should be returned in the condition and within the applicable timeframe specified by the relevant policy, subject to any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a product is defective, damaged before receipt, incomplete, materially different from its description, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection rights, DiamondCoinJewels will provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law and our published policies.

DiamondCoinJewels may provide repair, maintenance or restoration services for eligible jewellery.

Repair services may be subject to applicable service charges where the requested repair falls outside any applicable warranty or statutory obligation.

Unauthorised alterations, modifications, repairs or servicing performed by third parties may affect applicable warranty or service coverage where permitted by law.

9. Buy-Back Policy

DiamondCoinJewels may offer a buy-back service for eligible jewellery subject to the applicable Buy-Back Policy and the conditions communicated at the time of the request.

Buy-back values may depend on factors including the condition of the jewellery, diamond or gemstone characteristics, current valuation criteria, supporting documentation and other applicable factors.

A buy-back request does not create an obligation for DiamondCoinJewels to purchase an item until the item has been assessed and the applicable offer has been accepted.

The final terms, valuation and eligibility of a buy-back transaction will be communicated before completion.

10. Custom Jewellery Services

DiamondCoinJewels may offer custom or personalised jewellery services.

Custom jewellery may involve individual design specifications, gemstone selection, sizing, engraving, modifications or other personalisation requested by the customer.

Before production begins, the customer will be informed of the agreed specifications, price and applicable terms.

Because custom pieces may be created specifically for an individual customer, cancellation, alteration, exchange and return conditions may differ from those applicable to standard products, subject to applicable UAE law.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final specifications before production begins.

11. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the DiamondCoinJewels website, including logos, trademarks, product images, photographs, text, graphics, designs, layouts, videos and other materials, is owned by DiamondCoinJewels or used under applicable rights or licences, unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the website for personal and lawful purchasing purposes only.

No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, transmitted or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable UAE law, including mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with or attempt to compromise the website, its systems or services.

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses directly arising from your unlawful use of the website or your breach of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

DiamondCoinJewels will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
