How it works
Three things to know
Eligible purchases
Points are earned on the product total after discounts, plus tax. Shipping, fees and zero-value lines do not count.
Points are confirmed
Once your order is completed, points wait out the 7-day return window and then join your balance.
Credit carries forward
If your spend does not buy a whole point, the remainder stays as credit and helps with your next point.
The tiers
Five levels of privilege
Each tier sets the value of the next point. The rate changes only after you cross into the next tier.
Bronze
0–9 pointsAED 5,000.00 per point

Silver
10–16 pointsAED 6,000.00 per point

Gold

From a standing start, 35 points are built tier by tier. Every point is priced at the tier you held before it — so the rate rises only as you move up.
Bronze

Good to know
Refunds, guests and referrals
Refunds and cancellations If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it bought are adjusted. A refund after confirmation can move you back a tier.
Guest orders If you checked out as a guest, the points attach when an account with that billing email signs in or registers.
Referrals Referral rewards are coming soon. When they launch, you will be able to invite someone and earn extra privilege points.
No expiry Privilege points do not expire, and there is no cap on how many you can collect.
